Job summary

Project Talent Partners is seeking a Commissioning Manager for a major hyperscale data center project. This travel-based role requires strong commissioning experience and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams through turnover to client handover.

The ideal candidate will manage commissioning activities, coordinate with MEP teams and stakeholders, and drive issue resolution to maintain schedules on complex, large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commissioning on large data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for project-based assignments.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate commissioning activities across the project.
• Manage the commissioning process, schedule and documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP teams, trade partners, vendors and client stakeholders.
• Oversee functional testing and integrated systems testing.
• Drive commissioning through turnover and final handover.
• Identify and resolve commissioning issues to keep the project on schedule.
