Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Manager (Data Centers) in Houston, TX, with options for remote work across the US. You will lead complex electrical infrastructure projects for large-scale data center campuses, coordinating across engineering, procurement, and construction to meet aggressive schedules and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical or Civil Engineering, 7+ years in power distribution or utility engineering, and strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing power distribution, T&D, or utility engineering projects.
• Experience delivering feeder, distribution line, or grid modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of utility operations and electrical distribution design.
• Familiarity with NERC, IEEE, NEC and utility regulations.
• Experience with EPC project delivery and capital programs in energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering power distribution and utility engineering projects.
• Manage multiple projects with budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Develop and manage project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and resource plans.
• Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for EPC delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and business development.
