Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years in data center maintenance or technical role.
5+ years managing direct reports in a mid-level leadership role.
Experience as IT Systems Administrator with OpenStack/OpenShift, VPN, AWS/Azure, Office 365.

Responsibilities

Lead operation, maintenance, security, and optimization of data center infra and services.
Manage hardware/software systems, upgrades, patching, lifecycle management.
Administer and support network infrastructure including VPNs and interconnects.
Oversee OpenStack and OpenShift environments for stability and security compliance.
Develop and enforce IT governance, DR, backup, and operational procedures.
Lead infra teams with guidance, performance management, and resource planning.
Monitor performance with alerts, reports, and capacity management to prevent issues.
