Modine is seeking a Data Center HVAC Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC service and installation projects in mission-critical data centers. This role acts as the primary customer contact and coordinates technicians, subcontractors, procurement, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in project management within HVAC or data centers.
• Experience commissioning data centers (L2 - IST).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as CX-Alloy and Procore.

• Oversee HVAC data center projects from sales handover through commissioning and warranty.
• Lead day-to-day execution with site teams and subcontractors.
• Develop project schedules and resource plans for field technicians.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to maintain timelines.
• Coordinate staffing between office and field.
• Manage project costs and forecast total cost projections.
• Ensure safety, EEO, and affirmative action programs are followed.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners.
