Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Systems & Controls Manager to lead field technicians across regions, guiding projects from scoping through delivery. You’ll drive planning, resourcing, cost, schedule, quality and risk management while maintaining customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations.

Architecting strategy for datacenter controls, you will mentor teams, manage escalations, and ensure alignment with safety codes and industry

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industry with 5+ years in leadership and 3+ years in datacenter controls (critical cooling)
• Experience delivering data center projects at large-scale facilities is highly preferred
• Experience managing in-field site operations across multiple sites and projects in data center controls installations

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee operations across a team of field technicians across regions, projects, and sites, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction
• Mentor field technicians, provide resources and direction for teams and projects
• Conduct regular site/project reviews to monitor performance and drive improvements
• Align with leadership on resourcing, timelines, and strategy for consistent delivery
• Serve as regional point of contact for customer escalations and stakeholder relations
• Assist in strategy development to enable delivery of all aspects of controls projects
