Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Data Center Service Project Manager to oversee HVAC service, installation, and commissioning in mission-critical data centers. The role includes safety, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual performance, acting as the primary customer contact and coordinating field teams from handover through warranty.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management within HVAC or data center environments, PMP preferred, and proficiency with scheduling tools like

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of project management or site coordination experience in HVAC, mechanical construction/contracting, data center operations, or a closely related field.
• Experience supporting data center commissioning activities, including L2 through IST, strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects in mission-critical environments with demanding schedules and uptime requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC service and commissioning projects in data centers.
• Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and stakeholders from handover to warranty transition.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and progress reports; manage risks and client communications.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract performance; maintain relationships with owners and GCs.
