ENERCON's Data Center Mission Critical Group is seeking a Principal Engineering Project Manager to lead engineering projects, collaborate with technical teams to create detailed proposals, and manage all aspects of project execution, including schedules, risk management, and financial health.

You will drive client satisfaction through effective communication, high-quality deliverables, and strong relationship-building, while overseeing the work of engineers, designers, and subcontractors to

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP Certification with 10 years' data center experience.
Minimum 6 years as a PM or engineer in engineering consulting with data center projects.
PMP certification is preferred.
Experience with hyperscale data centers as consultant.
Skilled in cost/workhour estimating and proposal development.
Ability to manage scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead projects by developing detailed engineering proposals and managing schedules.
Drive risk management and recovery plans for projects.
Develop work plans, risk strategies, and communication plans.
Oversee schedules and financial health of projects with reporting.
Manage engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure quality.
Maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities.
Plan, implement, and supervise client contracts; travel as needed.
