ENERCON's Data Center Mission Critical Group is seeking a Principal Engineering Project Manager to lead engineering projects and manage all aspects of execution. You will collaborate with technical teams to craft proposals, oversee schedules, risks, and finances, and ensure client satisfaction while guiding engineers, designers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or PMP with 10 years in data centers or engineering consulting, and strong skills in scheduling,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or PMP cert with 10 years in engineering consulting, PM or data center
• Minimum 6 years as PM or engineer with engineering consulting firm doing data center projects
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with hyperscale data centers as consultant
• Cost/workhour estimating and proposal development
• Manage scope, schedule and cost for multiple projects
• Knowledge in earned value management and progress reporting
• Contract and NDA language development
• Understanding budgets and accounting processes
• Strong coordination and team-building
• Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation
• MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
• Travel 10-15% of the time

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering projects and collaborate with technical teams to develop detailed proposals
• Manage schedules, resources and recovery plans for projects
• Develop work plans, risk strategies and communication plans
• Oversee project schedules and financial health with reporting
• Manage engineers, designers and subcontractors for quality deliverables
• Maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Plan and supervise client contracts and travel to client facilities as needed
