Qualifications

• 15+ years of energy procurement or power markets for large projects.
• Deep expertise in wholesale power markets and interconnection processes.
• Experience securing 100+ MW of capacity and navigating PPAs or other offtake agreements.
• Ability to analyze energy market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management with utilities, ISOs, regulators, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy procurement and markets strategy to secure multi-hundred MW capacity.
• Own utility and regulatory stakeholder management across jurisdictions.
• Drive energy markets and policy strategy for AI compute facilities.
• Translate market dynamics into actionable capacity acceleration plans.
