Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Development Associate to support the execution of its global development pipeline for data center projects. You will coordinate diligence, maintain data rooms, prepare investment materials, and deliver executive-ready updates to leadership and investors.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Development, Land & Energy, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders, travel to project sites as needed, and help translate complex development data into clear business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2–5+ years in data center or large-scale infra/dev.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive materials; excellent Excel and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain virtual data rooms and diligence materials.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and investment materials.
• Support portfolio reporting, budgets, schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate due diligence across environmental, surveys, title, permitting, and reviews.
• Assist in development budgets, risk tracking, and project economics.
