Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Design Manager for Data Centers to lead design efforts remotely from the U.S., coordinating across multiple sites and stakeholders. You will develop technical and financial proposals, oversee project execution, and ensure timely delivery while partnering with clients and internal teams to align goals and resolve issues early.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience or equivalent
• Master's degree in a related field preferred
• P.E. or Architecture license is a plus
• 12+ years of experience in design and/or project management preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Certification advantageous
• Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Professional advantageous
• Active involvement in data center trade organizations preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams for data center projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Develop and enforce project management plans across multiple sites
• Facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders to align on project goals
• Manage project changes proactively and communicate effectively with all parties involved
• Identify and resolve issues early in the project lifecycle
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address outstanding concerns
• Create technical and financial proposals for new data center projects
