Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of project/program management experience in a data center-focused technical environment.
• Experience with technical products related to data centers.

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong decision-making ability.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive all phases of critical infrastructure hardware deployment projects, from initiation through commissioning.
• Manage resource allocation to minimize costs and scope creep.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, network operations) to align with business goals.
• Evaluate and mitigate project risks; ensure compliance with policies.
• Host daily standup reports and calls.
• Oversee design, build, and delivery of data center critical infrastructure and network capacity.
• Review project plans and documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform hardware availability analysis prior to project initialization.
• Lead periodic project meetings to manage progress and remove roadblocks.
• Develop and improve processes, documentation, and technical standards.
• Coordinate physical asset audits for compliance and accuracy.
• Manage complex, multi-faceted hardware deployment and construction project plans.
