Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of project management or program management experience in a data center-focused technical environment.
  • Experience working with technical products in a data center setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building across varied teams and functions.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to make timely, thoughtful decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and across multiple time zones.
  • Comfort managing complex, long-term projects within schedule and budget expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments effectively.
  • Willingness to work hours aligning with U.S. time zones as much as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end deployment projects, from initiation and planning through execution, testing, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and priorities to support timely delivery while reducing cost and scope risks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as engineering, IT, facilities, network operations, product, and finance.
  • Prepare and facilitate daily standups to track progress, surface risks, and address blockers.
  • Support deployment activities by reviewing design, build, and delivery plans for critical infrastructure and network capacity.
  • Review project documentation for consistency, accuracy, and readiness before implementation.
  • Identify project risks and drive practical mitigation strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Conduct hardware availability reviews before deployment starts to support successful execution.
  • Organize periodic project meetings, share status updates, and communicate next steps with core teams.
  • Develop, improve, and document processes and technical standards to strengthen project execution and support operational needs.
  • Coordinate physical asset audits to help maintain compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage multiple complex projects at once while keeping timelines, budgets, and priorities aligned.
