Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking an Infrastructure Deployment Engineer to lead hardware deployments across our global data center footprint. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects from kickoff to production, ensuring alignment with design standards and timelines.

You will work with Data Center, Procurement, Cloud, and Network teams to create BOMs, rack elevations, and documentation while advancing automation and DCIM tooling. Occasional travel and hands‑on work are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure in data centers.
• Experience leading technical infrastructure projects and coordinating across multiple internal teams.
• Familiarity with hardware deployment, BOMs, cable matrices, and documentation.
• Proficiency with scripting or automation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure deployment projects from kickoff through production, including rack‑and‑stack, cabling, provisioning, and documentation.
• Coordinate project needs across Data Center Infrastructure, Procurement, Cloud Infrastructure, and Network Infrastructure teams.
• Create and maintain BOMs, deployment documentation, rack elevations, and cable matrices.
• Develop and support automation and scripting efforts to improve deployment consistency and efficiency.
• Validate compatibility and readiness of compute, storage, and network hardware as well as supporting data center power infrastructure before deployment.
• Participate in product enablement efforts by deploying and validating hardware for new offerings.
• Ensure DCIM (NetBox/Nlyte) and tracking tools are consistently updated to reflect deployed infrastructure.
• Travel occasionally to data centers for project execution, audits, or support.
