Knock is seeking a Business Analyst to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting across the organization. You will ensure data quality, standardize definitions, and collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing to automate workflows.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and scalable data processes. You will partner with senior analysts to improve data availability, quality, and governance, while normalizing data sources and supporting executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 1 year in analytical/reporting/technical support role; SQL and data visualization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance business-critical reporting: design, build, and maintain dashboards for management reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across systems.
• Create, improve, and maintain data pipelines and processes for reporting and automation.
• Drive automation and cross-functional enablement across sales, marketing, and operations.
