Job summary

Knock is hiring a Business Analyst to empower data-driven decision making. You’ll partner with senior analysts to enhance reporting, improve data quality, and automate business processes.

You’ll ensure dashboards and data pipelines are clean, well-organized, and scalable across teams. Responsibilities include designing dashboards (Tableau), standardizing reporting, and translating complex data into actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an analytical, reporting, or technical support role.
• Experience cleaning, organizing, and maintaining data from CRMs or spreadsheets.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards for management and executive reporting.
• Standardize reporting processes for accuracy and reliability across the org.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate data into insights.
• Own data quality standards and document data definitions and mappings.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines; drive automation and process improvements.
