Job summary

MCA Connect in the United States seeks a Senior Microsoft Cloud, Data & AI Sales Account Executive who will drive bookings and revenue across Data, Analytics, Automation, and AI services, spanning Microsoft Fabric, Azure data platform, Power BI, Power Platform, and AI use cases.

You will build executive-aligned roadmaps, manage complex sales processes from discovery to close, and collaborate with delivery and Microsoft field teams to ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior role requirements: strong business and industry acumen in manufacturing, distribution and energy.
• Experience leading complex sales processes from discovery to close.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable programs across data modernization, governance, analytics, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales lifecycle and drive revenue within the manufacturing sector.
• Collaborate with Microsoft to co-sell and expand pipeline.
• Engage executives to understand challenges and position solutions.
• Articulate the value proposition of MCA Connect and Microsoft offerings.
• Lead cross-functional teams from prospecting to implementation.
