Job summary

MCA Connect is seeking a Senior Data Science Engineer to join the Planning and Decision Systems group. This remote role requires strong Python and SQL skills, deep Azure experience, and practical use of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Databricks to deliver data-driven insights and scalable solutions for manufacturing clients.

You will work across data science, data engineering, and software development, with ownership of deployed solutions, troubleshooting, and collaboration with client

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in data science, data engineering, or software engineering, including at least 3 years building, deploying, and supporting workloads in Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Combine data science, data engineering, and software development.
• Build, deploy, and support workloads in Microsoft Azure.
• Create Power BI reports and semantic models; ensure data lineage and access control.
• Follow data governance, testing, and monitoring practices.
• Validate results with AI development tools and independent verification before release.
