Job summary

You will lead data projects end to end, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. Strong analytics, Python/SQL, and BI tool experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Data Analytics experience.
• Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.
• Experience using business intelligence tools (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience querying and analyzing large diverse data sets.
• Ability to learn new data analytic toolkits as needed.
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define key business metrics and gather requirements for insights at scale.
• Architect data pipelines, design and build new dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure and dashboards.
• Publish and maintain clear documentation to inform users at scale and gather feedback.
• Identify ways to streamline and improve data efficiency.
• Implement changes to infrastructure to improve data landing time.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and align on solutions.
• Lead projects end to end and provide thought partnership to the team.
• Ensure analytics deliverables align with contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Partner with leadership to identify data-driven improvements and transform projects.
• Act as trusted analytics advisor to leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Support operational and strategic decision-making with clear data communication.
