Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years in business analysis/healthcare analytics or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional requirements with clinical, data, and tech stakeholders.
• Proficient Jira usage and requirement traceability.
• Strong ability to communicate complex decisions to clients and leadership.
• Knowledge of population health concepts and quality measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex population health capabilities.
• Plan and design business processes and service improvements.
• Facilitate client and internal workshops; resolve conflicts.
• Translate objectives into scope, milestones, and work packages.
• Mentor analysts and promote reusable standards.
• Ensure requirements traceability and testability.
