The Strategic Analytics Team drives research across commercial, political, and non-profit clients, delivering data-driven decisions and strategic recommendations. The role combines project management with hands-on data work, including data management, building reports and calculators, and preparing client-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with statistical background.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data and building reports.
• 2+ years directly managing analysts or technical staff.
• Experience leading senior analysts on large unstructured projects.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium- to large-scale client projects and manage teams.
• Provide data management, report or calculator building, and memo or deck preparation on major projects.
• Develop client-facing materials that summarize findings and insights.
• Mentor analysts and support their growth.
• Ensure deadlines with insightful, actionable analysis.
