Job summary

KIPP Foundation’s Analytics team supports data use, analysis, and storytelling to improve outcomes across the network. This role is one of three Manager positions focused on K-8, high school, or talent development, reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics.

The Manager, Data & Analytics blends data wrangling, reporting, and stakeholder communication, with duties across reporting, QA, dashboards, and ad‑hoc requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantitative reporting and analysis.
• Experience with SQL or Python/R in data projects.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations with BI tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication for non-technical audiences.
• Commitment to equity and educational impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute reporting and analysis for multiple teams.
• Develop dashboards and data products for stakeholders across the network.
• Ensure data quality, verification, and data warehousing support.
• Assist with grant submissions and ad-hoc data requests.
• Collaborate across KF program teams and data/tech staff.
