Job summary

KIPP Foundation’s Analytics team supports data use across KIPP schools, teachers, students, and families. The Manager, Data & Analytics will drive reporting, analysis, and data products while centering equity in every step and collaborating with diverse teams across the KF network.

The role emphasizes building scalable data solutions, supporting annual data collection, and delivering actionable insights to inform learning, marketing, and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantitative reporting and analysis.
• Experience with SQL or other programming languages/statistical software (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Information Technology, Social Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Deep commitment to racial and educational equity; centers equity in work and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute reporting and analysis to support network decision making.
• Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards and data products for stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across KF and network teams.
• Communicate insights clearly through memos, visuals, and presentations.
• Collaborate with KF program teams and other departments to meet data needs.
