Job summary

KIPP Tulsa Public Charter Schools is seeking a Data Systems & Analytics Manager to oversee student data systems, reporting, and analytics across its schools. The role ensures data accuracy, security, and actionable insights for leaders and staff.

The role partners with school and organizational teams to improve data practices, develop dashboards (Tableau/Power BI), and support compliance reporting. A strong background in education data and data visualization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data systems, SIS, reporting platforms, or similar technology systems.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, validate, analyze, and communicate data accurately.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets).
• Ability to troubleshoot technology and data issues and escalate when needed.
• Experience working in a K–12 school or education-focused organization.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines and projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for designated student information and educational technology systems.
• Maintain data collection, quality, and security across systems.
• Support master scheduling, enrollments, report cards, and data-dependent operations.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues; coordinate with vendors for support.
• Develop and maintain procedures and documentation for system use and data quality.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training to staff on assigned systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data products for leaders.
• Collaborate with school and organizational leaders to understand reporting needs.
