Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in a K–12 school, charter school, or education-focused organization.
• Experience with data systems, student information systems, databases, or reporting platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and point of contact for student information and educational technology systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for school and organizational leaders.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and timely compliance reporting across systems.
• Train staff and translate data findings into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver practical data solutions.
