Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Data Analyst to turn business questions into clear analytics. You will work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, build dashboards, and support better decision-making across the organization.

In this remote, nationwide role, you will design and maintain Power BI reports and data models, use SQL to query and validate data, and help improve processes with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field, leading analytics from need through delivery.
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources for actionable insights.
• Strong Power BI capabilities: data models, DAX, performance tuning, access management.
• Strong SQL skills: querying, joining, summarizing, validating results.
• Able to explain technical info to non-technical audiences and document rules.
• Ability to balance priorities and raise risks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and document key details.
• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, measures, and visualizations.
• Turn business questions into practical analytics solutions that support decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Use SQL to query, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and improve dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytics assets over time.
• Troubleshoot report, dashboard, refresh, data quality, and system issues with tech teams as needed.
• Support data organization, storage, and access practices for reliable reporting.
• Collaborate to review processes and identify improvement opportunities for efficient workflows.
• Create documentation for reports, data sources, business rules, and analytics processes.
• Participate in feedback sessions and project discussions to refine analytics products.
