Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst to transform Firm data into actionable insights primarily through Power BI dashboards and reports. The role supports a key business unit with potential expansion to other practice groups and functions.

You will analyze large datasets, design dashboards, and collaborate with data engineers, driving data quality and visual storytelling across the firm. A strong background in BI, SQL, Python, and stakeholder communication is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis, BI, or related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI including dashboards and publishing.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with large datasets.
• Proficiency with Python statistical ecosystem.
• Experience with data warehouses and modern BI platforms.
• Strong data storytelling and client-facing presentation skills.
• Experience with statistical modeling, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to independently scope and lead complex data analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and availability.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytical problems and deliver data-driven recommendations.
