Husch Blackwell LLP is a leading full-service law firm seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst to turn data into clear, actionable insights primarily through Power BI dashboards and reports. The role supports a firmwide analytics function, with expansion to additional practice groups and clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in data analytics, advanced Power BI skills, and strong data storytelling abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, computer science, information design, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role (senior levels considered).
• Advanced, demonstrable proficiency in Power BI including dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL with large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency with Python statistical ecosystem.
• Experience with data warehouses and modern BI/data platforms.
• Strong data storytelling and client-facing presentation skills.
• Experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to independently scope and lead complex data analysis projects.
• Experience analyzing financial and operational performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
• Partner with Data Engineering and IT to source, validate, and standardize data.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytical problems and deliver actionable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.
