The position supports a key business unit initially, with growth to other practice groups; it may be remote or hybrid from Central/ Eastern Time locations, with Mountain Time candidates considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related experience.
• 3+ years in data analysis, BI, or related analytics role.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and dashboard development.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience with data warehouses and modern BI platforms.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets from client and internal Firm sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports for production use.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Information Design, and Engineering to deliver data visualizations across media.
• Translate stakeholder questions into clearly defined analytical problems and prioritize by impact.
• Develop and apply data quality standards to ensure reliable outputs.
