Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst to turn firm data into actionable insights primarily through Power BI dashboards and reports. You will support a key business unit initially and expand across practice groups.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, visualization, and collaboration with Data Science and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BI/data analytics, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and a passion for transforming data into strategic business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, computer science, information design, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI including building, publishing, and maintaining dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL with large datasets.
• Proficiency with Python and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for firm-wide reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to deliver data visualizations and analyses.
• Translate questions into analytical problems and prioritize work by impact.
• Engage in data storytelling to communicate findings to partners and clients.
• Develop data quality standards and document data sources and methodologies.
• Scale analytics capabilities and improve reporting processes across the firm.
