Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst to turn firm and client data into clear, actionable insights, primarily through Power BI dashboards and reports. The role supports a key business unit with potential to expand firm-wide.

Ideal candidates will have strong data storytelling skills, experience with Power BI and SQL, and the ability to collaborate with Finance, client teams, and external partners. The position offers remote or hybrid work in CT/ET zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, computer science, information design, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI including building and maintaining dashboards.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency with Python and statistical tools.
• Experience with data warehouses and modern BI platforms.
• Strong data storytelling and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to independently scope and lead complex data projects.
• Experience analyzing financial and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for firm-wide use.
• Collaborate with Finance and client-facing teams to gather requirements.
• Translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Develop and improve data quality and reporting pipelines.
• Share knowledge to elevate analytics capabilities across the Firm.
