Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst to transform firm data into actionable insights primarily through Power BI dashboards and reports. You will support a key business unit with potential expansion across practice groups, applying data storytelling to influence decision‑making.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, and business teams to build scalable analytics, automate tasks, and improve reporting processes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, computer science, information design, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role (level may vary).
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for building, publishing, and maintaining dashboards.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
• Experience with data warehouses and modern BI/data platforms; data storytelling能力.
• Strong data storytelling skills and ability to present findings to partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Information Design and Engineering teams to deliver analyses.
• Develop data quality standards and document data sources and methodologies.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytical problems and prioritize by impact.
• Deliver client-facing presentations and executive-level reports.
