Job summary

UW Health is seeking a Data Analyst - ACO/Value Based Care to analyze and interpret performance data, develop and maintain reports and dashboards, and evaluate key KPIs for ACO initiatives. This remote role requires being in an approved remote work state and supports flexible schedules within a full-time framework.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's and preferably a Master's in a relevant field, plus experience in healthcare analytics and SQL proficiency to drive data-informed decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Informatics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ACO and value-based care performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Evaluate quality, utilization, financial and other KPIs related to ACO initiatives.
