Job summary

UW Health is seeking a Data Analyst - ACO/Value Based Care to analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement. You will develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making and monitor quality, utilization, and financial metrics related to ACO initiatives.

The role offers a full-time schedule with flexible shifts and remote work eligibility for approved states, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required; four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Master's Degree preferred in relevant field (MBA, Healthcare Admin, Informatics, or equivalent).
• 3 years of experience in healthcare, accounting, business administration, finance, analytics, project leadership, or related field.
• Prior experience in healthcare analysis preferred.
• Knowledge of ACO programs and Value Based Care preferred.
• Prior experience in analysis, strategic planning, and decision support preferred.
• Prior experience in an academic healthcare environment preferred.
• Prior experience in writing SQL or similar languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand ACO and value-based care performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support performance monitoring and operational decision-making.
• Evaluate quality, utilization, financial, and other key performance metrics related to ACO and Value-Based Care initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or another relevant field

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, or other relevant field (preferred)
