Aarista Technology is seeking a Data Analyst focused on Value-Based Care to transform clinical, claims, and attribution data into actionable reporting for ACO programs. You will monitor quality, cost, and utilization, support CMS and payer reporting, and surface opportunities to improve shared savings and outcomes.

The role requires HIPAA/SOC 2 compliant handling of PHI, proficiency with SQL and BI tools, and collaboration with clinical teams to translate findings into interventions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a data analyst or BI role, ideally healthcare.
• Working knowledge of value-based care concepts: attribution, quality measures, risk adjustment and shared savings.
• Experience with healthcare claims data (professional and institutional) and CPT/ICD-10 coding.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, window functions and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables, lookups and modeling.
• Experience handling PHI or regulated data and access-control procedures.
• Clear written and verbal communication to both clinical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, health informatics, public health or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking ACO/value-based performance (quality, cost, utilization).
• Produce recurring performance reports for leadership, clinical teams, providers and payer partners.
• Process and analyze CMS data feeds and payer files.
• Reconcile results against CMS/payer reports and explain variances.
• Track quality measures (MSSP, ACO REACH, eCQMs, MIPS/APP).
• Identify care gaps and deliver actionable gap lists to clinical teams.
• Analyze attribution, risk, and cost drivers; monitor cost/utilization.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, views, and data models; validate data accuracy.
