Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition (AHAN) is seeking a Dairy Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth in the U.S. Dairy market from a remote location.

You will partner with feed manufacturers and distributors to tailor AHAN solutions to customer needs and deliver measurable impact for producers. You will collaborate with Technical Service, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to align offerings with target accounts, and travel 50–60% to build relationships and execute

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience selling in the ruminant or equivalent industry.
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture-related field preferred.
• Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships.
• Self-directed with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver defined sales targets and accelerate growth in AHAN's U.S. Dairy business by developing and delivering offerings to meet the needs of feed manufacturers and distributors.
• Understand business models and B2B objectives of targeted companies.
• Establish and grow strong business relationships with decision-makers at key targets.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with AHAN U.S. sales strategy.
• Collaborate with U.S. Dairy field team to ensure execution with local/regional field teams at target accounts.
• Collaborate with internal functions (Technical Service, Product Management, Marketing, R&D) to tailor offerings to each target's needs.
• Overnight travel of 50-60% will be required.
