Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer & Partner Manager to lead end-to-end development, architecture, and delivery. The role combines hands-on D365 F&O work with technical project management and coordination with external implementation partners.

You will bridge business stakeholders, partners, and technical teams, owning the project lifecycle from design to production support in a primarily remote setting.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in D365 F&O development and customization.
• Strong hands-on X++ coding experience, including extensions and debugging.
• Understanding of D365 F&O architecture, data models, and system components.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership: requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• D365 F&O Development and Architecture: customize solutions using X++, integrations via APIs/REST.
• Technical Project and Partner Management: coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
