Job summary

The Solution Consulting FZCO is a Dubai-based Microsoft partner seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations integrated with Finance & Operations. You will own scope, schedule, budget and quality, and act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has delivered D365 F&O projects and understands how sales, service and data flow between CRM and ERP.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years total IT experience.
• At least 4 years as a Project Manager on D365 projects.
• Hands-on delivery of 4 full-cycle D365 F&O/AX implementations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close D365 CRM and F&O projects using Sure Step, Success by Design, Agile or hybrid methods.
• Define scope, objectives, delivery and success criteria with clients and sponsors.
• Maintain detailed project plans, milestones, RAID logs and budgets.
• Track progress against schedule and budget; manage changes and costs.
• Drive discovery, fit-gap, design, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, training and go-live.
• Oversight of hypercare and handover to support teams.
