A leading AI technology firm is seeking a skilled Physical Design Engineer to spearhead the D2D Physical Implementation process from RTL to GDSII. This remote position is open to candidates across the U.S. You will manage high-speed D2D interfaces, ensuring high-quality physical design and implementation. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in ASIC physical design and a background in working with advanced nodes. Offers will align with assessed experience levels and can range widely based on expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an ASIC Physical Design Engineer with multiple successful tapeouts.
• Expert in RTL to GDSII physical design flow.
• Familiar with high-speed interfaces like PCIe and HBM.

Responsibilities

• Lead D2D physical implementation and closure.
• Own the full physical design (RTL-to-GDSII) flow.
• Drive timing verification including full STA.
