Baya Systems seeks an experienced Physical Design Engineer in the United States to own RTL to GDS physical implementation flows and to drive high-performance designs from block to system level. You will collaborate with micro-architects to balance performance, power, and area and to develop robust methodologies for physical implementation.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership of design flows and cross-disciplinary collaboration to achieve tight timing closures and PD sign-off readiness.
