Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 6+ years of related experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or Ph.D. with 1+ year, or equivalent.
• CISSP certification.
• Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services, or Solution Engineering within cybersecurity vendors or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to drive technical engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Support channel partners with solution positioning, deployment, and ongoing technical support.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, technical presentations, and whiteboard sessions.
• Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations aligned with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Support, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams to address customer and partner needs.
• Participate in regional reporting activities and contribute to technical sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth through application of technical expertise and sales acumen.
