Advizex, a Myriad360 company, seeks a Senior Director of Managed Services to lead networking and security engineering teams across global delivery. This remote role requires a US-based leader who can drive MSSP service maturity, transform teams, and align infrastructure roadmaps with clients and executives.

You will own end-to-end delivery across networking and security services, mentor leaders, and push for automation and improved customer outcomes in a growing managed services business.

Qualifications

Must be based in United States.
Senior leadership of large networking and security teams in MSP/MSSP environments.
Experience defining infrastructure roadmaps and managed services capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead globally distributed teams across 24x7 managed services and MSSP operations.
Own SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Drive automation, standardization, and service delivery maturity.
Define and standardize network topologies and security architectures.
Engage with C-suite and clients to align roadmaps and service offerings.
