Job summary

Schellman Compliance, LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead mid-scope initiatives aligned with PMO standards. You will plan, schedule, and budget projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role supports remote work with annual travel to client sites as needed, and reports to the Manager of ePMO for guidance on complex issues. A PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communications.
• Provide regular status updates to PMO leadership.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
