Job summary

System One is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to support a small portfolio of cybersecurity risk assessment projects. You will coordinate plans, schedules, risks, and reporting using ADO, SharePoint and Excel, while developing Power BI dashboards for leadership insights.

Your role includes technical writing, process documentation, and executive-ready communications to PMO governance bodies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project management or program management functions.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience using Azure DevOps for coordination, backlog management and reporting.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting with Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience creating executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Excellent written, verbal and technical communication.
• Technical writing and documentation management experience.
• Maintenance of process documentation, procedures, and records repositories.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse stakeholders.
• Cybersecurity/technology risk or governance exposure preferred.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5–10 years in project management/coordination or business analysis and technical writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Support project strategy, planning, scheduling, and coordination across cybersecurity risk assessment projects.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and actions using ADO, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Copilot-enabled features.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and reports for leadership and PMO governance.
• Analyze project data, trends, and performance metrics to support decisions.
• Maintain documentation repositories and project artifacts with branding compliance.
• Create visualizations supporting program governance and reporting needs.
