Job summary

TechWish is seeking a skilled project/program coordinator with a focus on cybersecurity risk assessment. You will manage project plans, dashboards, and governance while coordinating across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in PM/coordination or business analysis, plus proficiency in Power BI, ADO, and technical writing. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential for executive-level updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management/coordination or business analysis and technical writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools desired.

Responsibilities

• Support project strategy, planning, scheduling, and coordination across a portfolio of cybersecurity risk assessment projects.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items using ADO, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to support timely project execution and delivery.
