Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Cybersecurity Business Analyst to support a portfolio of risk assessment projects. The role involves coordinating with leadership, maintaining plans, and delivering status reports across governance processes.

You will leverage Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI to create dashboards and insights. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in project management/coordination or business analysis, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with ADO and dashboard reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in project management/coordination or business analysis and technical writing.
Experience supporting project management or program management functions is required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for coordination and reporting.
Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.

Responsibilities

Support project strategy, planning, scheduling, and coordination for cybersecurity risk assessment projects.
Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and actions using ADO, SharePoint, and Excel.
Coordinate and deliver project and program status reporting for leadership and PMO governance.
Develop, maintain, and update team processes, procedures, and operating documentation.
Design and maintain program dashboards and reporting using Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel.
Support team with reports, presentations, and executive communications; perform data analysis and trend identification for leadership insights.
