Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring a Technical Partnerships Manager to drive integrations and partnerships across security, identity, cloud and DevOps ecosystems. The role requires evaluating API and webhook feasibility, coordinating with Product and Engineering, and managing a high-volume partner pipeline from outreach through launch.

The ideal candidate combines business analysis with technical fluency, and will use AI tools to enhance research and communications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business analysis, technology partnerships, business development or alliances.
• Experience with cybersecurity, SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands-on with APIs/webhooks and ability to read/test integrations.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume partner pipeline end-to-end.
• Experience across security, identity, cloud, collaboration or DevOps ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including partner-facing materials.
• Familiarity with coding scripts or prototypes and willingness to use AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize integration and technology partners across security, identity, cloud and DevOps ecosystems.
• Prepare applications to partner programs and track progress through onboarding.
• Review API/webhook docs to assess feasibility, dependencies and scope.
• Use Postman or curl to test API calls and validate payloads.
• Serve as primary contact for partners; route complex questions to Engineering.
• Maintain an organized partner pipeline with status, next steps and contacts.
• Translate product and engineering input into clear requirements and summaries.
• Coordinate partner calls, onboarding, documentation and launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Documentation to describe/integrate offerings.
• Own reporting on partner pipeline activity and outcomes; present to leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to support research, drafting and workflow efficiency.
