You will source, assess, and place security analysts, engineers, architects, and ethical hackers, guiding candidates and clients through complex requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on sourcing, technical interviews, and end-to-end recruitment, including offers and onboarding, while staying current on threats and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven IT recruitment experience with a focus on cybersecurity roles.
• Strong knowledge of security concepts (SIEM, firewalls) and certifications.
• Excellent communication, interview, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a fast-paced workload.

Responsibilities
