Fortress Information Security is seeking a Corporate Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, cybersecurity, IT, and other business functions. The role emphasizes proactive talent outreach, stakeholder collaboration, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline in a remote-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across technical and corporate roles.
• Proven ability to manage 10–12 open requisitions simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and corporate positions from intake to offer.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications end-to-end.
• Source, engage, and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain ATS documentation with notes, feedback, and pipeline updates.
• Represent Fortress at events and manage outreach for internship programs.
