Job summary

Fortress Information Security is seeking a Corporate Technical Recruiter to own full lifecycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles, including software engineering and cybersecurity. You will partner with hiring managers to build strong recruiting strategies and attract top talent while maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ability to independently assess candidates, manage recruiting processes, and influence hiring decisions across technical and corporate roles.
• Proven ability to manage 10–12 open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment with strong organizational skills.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support workflow efficiency and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and corporate positions from intake through offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring needs and recruiting strategy.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, referrals, and job boards.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate notes, interview feedback, and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate candidate scheduling, interview logistics, and recruiting administration activities.
